Finding Hope for Rohingya Repatriation
Our people gathered to share their deepest hopes. Mothers and fathers dream of going back to Arakan. Furthermore, community leaders spoke with immense passion. They discussed real steps for a safe return.
However, the journey ahead remains difficult for us all. Therefore, we must strengthen our community bonds right now. Speakers shared their long term plans with tearful eyes. Everyone wants to see a sustainable return to Arakan.
For example, we need the world to hear our voices. The consultation encouraged everyone to participate in these efforts. Our dignity and safety are the most important things.
Ultimately, a sustainable Rohingya repatriation is our only true dream. We long for the day we can finally rest. Until then, we will hold onto our shared hope.
